Headache
Sakit ng ulo
A headache is pain or discomfort in the head, scalp, or neck. Most headaches are not serious and can be caused by stress, lack of sleep, dehydration, or eyestrain. Tension-type headaches are the most common kind and typically feel like a dull band of pressure around the head.
Low urgency
See a doctor if your headache is sudden and very severe ("worst headache of your life"), follows a head injury, or comes with fever, stiff neck, confusion, seizures, double vision, or weakness. Recurring headaches that interfere with daily life also warrant a medical visit. When in doubt, consult a physician.
