Bloating
Kabag
Bloating is a feeling of fullness or tightness in the abdomen, often accompanied by visible swelling. It is usually caused by excess gas from swallowed air, certain foods (beans, carbonated drinks), or digestive issues. Most bloating is temporary and harmless.
Low urgency
See a doctor if bloating is persistent, worsening, or accompanied by severe abdominal pain, unexplained weight loss, blood in the stool, or changes in bowel habits that last more than two weeks. When in doubt, consult a physician.
